Whether a bid in real-time online, in person, telephone or online absentee, RCB Auctions has got you covered. Read on for a detailed description of each.
The auction room and website present lots going under the hammer two weeks prior to the auctions. Each auction: live or timed is listed in Upcoming Auctions. There is a downloadable PDF of our catalogue in Thai and English for each auction. The catalogue includes photos and description of each lot and includes the starting bid price.
Bid in real-time online
You can bid in real-time online. First create an account by registering online. On the day of the auction, log on to the website and enter the auction. You will see each lot come up and the display panel will indicate the next bid increment. There will also be a live stream from the auction room on the system so you can watch the auctioneers in action. Download the Thai online bid manual.
These are lots that are for bidding without auctioneers. There is a set period for which you can bid.
Bid in person
If you would like to bid on the auction floor, you will provide your personal details at the registration desk and receive a bidding paddle. If you have not previously registered with RCB Auctions, you will be required to provide your personal information (name, address, and copy of your ID or Passport) plus your credit card or bank account details.
Cannot attend the auction in person, no problem. Please register online and place your maximum absentee bids in each lot. RCB Auctions will not be held responsible if an absentee bid cannot be executed.
You can bid by telephone on the day of the live auction. This needs to be arranged in advance, during the preview period for the live auction. To make arrangements, please download and complete the telephone bid form and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone (+66) 02 237 0077 ext. 459/460.
